This session is targets participants who are already familiar with OPC Classic. OPC Unified Architecture, first introduced in 2007, has become the evolving NEW OPC for everybody to use. Its implementation started slowly at first, but today an increasing number of machine vendors supply their device data via OPC UA servers. OPC UA received a major push with the rise of IoT / Industry 4.0, due to the scalability of the UA Stack itself.
